rpm plays music you own and, if you switch the cloud on, stores a copy of it for you so your own library follows you between your devices. It is not a music service: nothing is supplied by us to listen to.
Upload only what you have the right to. The cloud library exists so that you can reach your own recordings from your own devices; it is not for sharing with other people, and there is nothing in the app that does so. An account used to distribute other people's recordings will be closed.
Keep your sign-in to yourself — anything done with it counts as done by you. You can close the account whenever you like, from inside the app or by asking us.
Every account gets 100 GB, free. If that ever changes you will be told before it affects anything you have already stored.
rpm is provided as it is. We work to keep the service up and your files intact, but the cloud library is a convenience and not a backup: keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our liability is limited to what you have paid us.
These terms may change as the app grows. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
